Marquette Turkey Trot Run/Walk Set for November 25, 2010

Marquette Community Schools Turkey Trot Fun Run / Walk to Raise Funds for MSHS Orchestra

The Marquette Turkey Trot 5K and 10K run / walk will take place Thursday, November 25, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., rain, snow, or shine.  The entry fee is $10 per person (proceeds benefit the MSHS Orchestra); or add $15 for a total of $25 per person to include a T-shirt.  Registration will be from 8:00-8:40 a.m. at MSHS Canopy Entrance / MSHS Room 101, 1203 W. Fair Avenue.  The 1st overall male and female in the 5K and 10K will receive a trophy; and Turkey Trot Finisher Ribbons will be awarded to the fastest 200 finishers.  Leashed dogs (with current shots) are welcome on the course, and a trophy will be presented at the finish line to the fastest overall dog in the 5K and also the 10K.  Participants may drop off, if they wish, items for the TV6 Canathon canned food drive.  For more information call 225-4200, or print an entry form off the MAPS website: Turkey Trot Registration
