The Marquette Area Public Schools Board of Education will have two seats available to be filled in the November election. Currently, the two seats are held by Board President Tony Retaskie and trustee Mark Smith and are four year terms.
The deadline for filing petitions for interested candidates is Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. Petitions are available from the Marquette County Clerk.
