About Marquette Area Public Schools The Marquette Area Public Schools District covers an area of 123 square miles and provides an education to more than 3,100 students in grades developmental kindergarten through grade 12. Educational sites include three grades K-4 schools, grades 5-8 middle school, a senior high school, and an alternative high school.
