The kindergarten program is an all-day structured program taught by certified teachers that follows the Common Core State Standards for language arts and mathematics. It offers a cross-curricular education, standards based science, standards based social studies, standardized state testing, report cards/parent teacher conferences, social interaction, cooperative learning, hands-on learning, technology, full specials, Title I services, print rich environment and outside recess. The expected program outcomes are mastery of kindergarten common core standards, independent learners, social emotional growth, problem solving skills, self-sufficiency (zipping, tying and buttoning), writing sentences and reading.
