Marquette Area Public Schools is excited to announce that kindergarten registration will be available online for the 2026-2027 school year soon. Families are asked to please register their kindergartener during the week of March 9 – 13, 2026. Starting at 9:00 am on March 9, 2026, families can access the link to kindergarten registration online from the home page of our website at www.mapsnet.org by clicking on Kindergarten Registration. There, they will receive complete instructions on how to register. The $59.995M May 2026 bond proposal is a direct result of the community's feedback that was gathered during the Fall 2025 School Perceptions community-wide survey. The District received over 1,900 responses (well over the 376 needed for statistical significance), which revealed an estimated 53.8% of voters would support a $60M proposal addressing the Priority 1 projects.

Based on the survey results, the District proposed a solution under that $60M amount in order to reflect the feedback gathered. We Asked, We Listened!
